Application and New Student Enrollment
Students interested in enrollment should contact the school and ensure that they have the materials required for application. Enrollment requests need to be submitted prior to the commencement of the first term at the beginning of June. Please secure the required documents listed on this page by the time of enrollment.

New students are required to submit the following documents to the administration office:
- Original High School Card (Form 138)
- Certificate of Good Moral Conduct
- NSO Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
- Two (2) I.D. Pictures - 2"x2"
- Long White Folder w/ Plastic Cover
- Short Brown Envelope
Transfer students need to submit the following additional documents:
- Transfer Credentials (Original Copy)
- Certificate of Good Moral Conduct
- NSO Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
- Transcript of Records
- Two (2) I.D. Pictures - 2"x2"
- Long White Folder w/ Plastic Cover
